David L. Woloshin

David Woloshin of Woloshin & Killino David L. Woloshin, who founded the firm, has represented and advocated for the rights of seriously- and catastrophically-injured persons and their families for more than 30 years. Born in Philadelphia on October 28, 1949, David Woloshin received his bachelor's degree from Temple University in 1971, and his law degree from the Widener University Law School in 1975. He is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania state and local courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.

Attorney Woloshin serves on the Board of Directors of the Brain Injury Association of Pennsylvania, and dedicates himself to the community through his involvement with numerous non-profit entities, nursing organizations, hospitals and other facilities that treat and care for the seriously injured.

Dave takes great pride in his personal involvement with his clients.
